This heavy-duty Titanium Wok is in a class of its own. The non-stick coating has been fired onto the surface to provide a permanent, hard anodised, scratch-resistant, non-stick surface and will never wear out. The heat-resistant handle stays cool to the touch, and is extra long and sturdy enabling use with both hands for heavy loads. The Thermocare base is a generous 8mm thick, which ensures the pan heats up quickly, giving very even heat distribution so that food cooks and simmers evenly, preventing burning and sticking on hotspots. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and solid fuel, the Titanium Wok comes complete with a glass domed lid with steam-release vent and stainless steel draining rack.
